Daesang Corporation was founded in 1956 and has grown to be one of the largest South Korean food companies, as well as a global leader in fermentation.
Daesang America is our U.S. subsidiary, which is divided into our Food Division, and our Ingredient Division. Our Food Division holds two brands: Chung Jung One | O'Food and Jongga, producing a wide variety of products such as hot pepper paste (Gochujang), Kimchi, Kimchi Ramen, Glass Noodles, and more. Our Ingredient Division focuses on amino acids, flavor enhancers, and a variety of other ingredients produced by bio-fermentation.
